If you’re the sort of person who likes to push your boundaries, if a trek is on your bucket list, or if you just like a few days away from the daily grind in the fresh air we have the perfect challenge for you.

Whatever your motivation!

The Camino de Santiago pilgrimage across northern Spain is a wonderful experience – and Children in Crossfire are expert organisers who will make sure it’s unforgettable for you.

2026 Treks

June 2026

17th June – 24th June 2026

Our group will trek from Santiago to Finisterre.

Finisterre, meaning “the end of the world,” has long been seen as the true finishing point for many pilgrims, who feel their journey isn’t complete until they’ve walked to the very edge of the land. From the grand cathedral in Santiago, the path leads through Galicia’s rolling countryside and historic villages before reaching the Atlantic coast. Traditionally, pilgrims would mark their arrival by burning their boots as a final gesture of closure. This quieter stretch is taken on only by the most determined walkers, creating a powerful sense of community among those who share the experience.

We Do Everything!

Once you sign up for a trek with us, we will give you all the support and advice you need, especially to ensure you meet your fundraising target.

We also take care of all the logistics so you can just focus on the challenge itself.

Over many years, our fundraising team have got to know the Camino like the backs of our hands – we know the places to stay and socialise.

People undertake treks for all manner of reasons. Some savour the personal challenge, others are motivated by raising funds for a cause they deeply believe in. Whatever your driving force, be assured that when you sign up to a trek with and for Children in Crossfire you will be able to rely to professional, expert support.
