Each month, 50% will go to one lucky winner, the other 50% will support our international programmes in Ethiopia and Tanzania.

  1. Participation in this lottery is open to supporters of Children in Crossfire (excluding Children in Crossfire’s Staff members).
  2. Participants must be 18 years or older and be a resident in Northern Ireland.
  3. Get one entry for £5 per month—monthly donation only.
  4. Payment can be made via our website.
  5. Payment must not be made via credit card due to gambling regulations.
  6. Each entry will be assigned a number manually in sequential order, and this will be emailed to the participant by a member of Children in Crossfire’s staff. As this is not an automated process, please allow 72 hours, longer during weekends and busy periods.
  7. The winning number will be generated using randomiser software on the last working day of the month. The draw will be witnessed by two members of Children in Crossfire’s Staff.
  8. If the draw is to be delayed for any reason, participants will be notified by email.
  9. To guarantee entry into the next draw, your payment must be received by the 26th of the month. For example, if we receive your payment on 26thJune, you will be entered into the June draw. However, if we receive your payment on 30th June, your first draw will not be until July.
  10. A record of names and numbers will be kept by Children in Crossfire, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations and Children in Crossfire’s Privacy Policy.
  11. The prize fund will be 50% of the total number of paid entries and will be distributed to one winner each month by bank transfer.
  12.  The Prize fund is dependent on the number of paid entries and therefore may fluctuate each month.
  13.  The prize winner will be informed as soon as possible after the draw by email or telephone.
  14.  Children in Crossfire will make all reasonable efforts to award prizes to holders of winning numbers. If the prize winner does not make contact to claim their prize within 3 months of the draw date, Children in Crossfire reserves the rights to claim the winnings as a donation.
  15.  No liability is accepted for the loss, theft or delayed receipt of any communication.
  16.  A list of winning numbers will be displayed on Children in Crossfire’s website.
  17.  It is possible to withdraw at any time, simply cancel your recurring payment and inform Children in Crossfire.
  18. Children in Crossfire will not be responsible for any bank charges incurred by participants in the administration of their Standing Order. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they have sufficient funds available when payment is due.
  19. If your payment fails and you do not make contact with Children in Crossfire, your entry will be cancelled, and your number reallocated.
  20. Children in Crossfire may (without giving any reason or notice at its absolute discretion) decline to accept an application, cancel an existing subscription, or terminate or suspend the monthly 50/50 Cash draw.
